Unconscious bias is understanding and uncovering how we perceive others.  This workshop, which has been done all over the world, is about increasing our awareness of our own unconscious biases and how we can address them to mitigate personal relationships and group situations.  How do we change our ideas and the behaviors that result from our unconscious biases?  Awareness of our actions/behaviors is part of the solution, as well as recognizing  the misunderstandings that ensue when we do not have a common vocabulary.
