4:00 PM - 6:00 PMSpend a Sunday afternoon exploring Western Sephardic folk music with Rabbinic Intern Jay Stanton. Western Sephardic folk music is a layered musical tradition that includes influences from ancient chant, medieval Andalusian music, and western Renaissance and Baroque music. At this benefit concert, Jay will walk us through the musical richness of this part of his cultural heritage and its variants all over the world. Come ready to listen and to sing along! All financial proceeds go to Congregation Tehillah, and we encourage you to bring materials to support Grannies Respond/Abuelas Responden.
