"We Were the Others" (Davkaim) at RYSEC (venue change). The film tells the story of six gay men, born in the days of the establishment of the State of Israel. Their stories serve as the film’s background for the depiction of the clandestine and undocumented lives of homosexuals in Israel during the 1960-70s. The film will be followed by a conversation (Then and Now) with our own Sariel Beckenstein (featured in the film) and Dubbs Weinblatt (from Keshet), with time for questions.
