Homeless

As we hear about homelessness throughout the city, we may think there is little or nothing we can do. However, that is not the case. The shelter at RYSEC is being reborn. It is truly a shame that it is still needed. Remember, the RYSEC overnight shelter provides a secure place and a hot meal to those who need security and sustenance most.

The word has gone out from RYSEC that help is needed.

Please help. Please sign up so that we may continue to offer the valuable and rewarding service for our community.

As of now, we have only gotten five volunteers and two did not work out. So far myself and one other former RYSEC member have slept over. We need more volunteers so that our current volunteers do not get overburdened. If we do not get volunteers soon we will be forced to stop our operation. Please email me directly with a Monday date choice starting with November 14th and every Monday continuing on.
