Texas Blackout

The unprecedented winter storms and freezing temperatures in Texas are wreaking havoc across the state. Many Texas residents are without heat because of the power outage, and have to seek shelter elsewhere. Here are two options to help:

• The American Red Cross is supporting at least 35 warming centers with cots and blankets across the state.
